  • 1 med avocado
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Heat oven or toaster oven to broil.
  • Half avocado and remove seed.
  • Squeeze lime over avocado.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese, lime zest, salt and pepper over avocado.
  • Broil 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot.
