No Bake Banana Pudding Twinkie Cake

No Bake Banana Pudding Twinkie Cake is a delicious no-cook and no-bake banana pudding dessert. It is incredibly moist with a cream cheese pudding filling and lots of bananas. The best part about this dessert is it contains delicious Twinkie snack cakes!

Ingredients

  • 10 Hostess Twinkies
  • 1 1.34-ounce package Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 16 ounces whipped topping
  • 3-4 medium bananas sliced
  • 12-15 vanilla wafers, crushed for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Slice Twinkies horizontally and place cut side up in a 9x13 inch pan.

  2. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add milk and instant pudding mix and mix until smooth. 

  3. Fold half of the Cool Whip into the pudding.

  4. Pour the pudding over the Twinkies and smooth. 

  5. Thinly slice bananas and lay on to of the pudding in one layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. 

  6. Sprinkle vanilla wafers over Cool Whip if desired. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Serve.

  7. Store in an airtight container up to 3 days. I find the bananas get too soft for my liking after that.
