In a high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, coconut milk, and coconut rum.
2 cups strawberries, ½ cup pineapple juice, ½ cup coconut milk, 2 - 3 ounces coconut rum, 1 tablespoon agave
Add honey or simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into a chilled glass or serve in a pineapple bowl for a tropical touch.
If you want it firmer, fill push pop molds, and place them in the freezer for a minute of 4 hours. Or, fill drink pouches and freeze about 90 minutes until slushy.
Top with whipped cream, a fresh strawberry, and a pineapple wedge. You could also sprinkle shredded coconut on top!
