110.5-oz can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup OR ½ cup heavy cream, ½ cup chicken broth, and ½ tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (like Better than Bouillon) mixed until smooth
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Colby, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup or substitute. Spread into prepared pan.
Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
