Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.

Step 2 – Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, ketchup, sriracha, honey, water, and cornstarch. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Step 3 – Cook the Chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 5 – Combine & Sauce:
Return chicken to the pan. Add noodles and pour in the dragon sauce. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the noodles.
