1tablespoonmascarpone1/2 tablespoon for each plum half
1/2tablespoonchopped pistachios
1/2tablespoonbalsamic reduction or honey
Instructions
Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high
Half plum and remove seed
Fill the cavity of the plum with mascarpone
Drizzle over balsamic reduction or honey and finish with a sprinkle of pistachios
