pounds
pork tenderloin
if it has silverskin on it remove it.
½
cup
hoisin
1 and ½
teaspoon
allspice
¼
teaspoon
salt
2
cloves
garlic clove
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
or cayenne if you like it hot
chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
All all the ingredients except the pork to a bowl with a lid or a ziptop bag.
Cut pork into 2-inch cubes.
Add the pork to the marinade. Marinate 2 to 12 hours.
If grilling, add the pork to skewers and preheat the grill to 400℉. Cook, turning to caramelize each side, and cook through.
If cooking on the stovetop, add the pork to a preheated skillet and cook, turning to caramelize each side, and cook through.
Serve plain or over rice, garnish with green onions.
