Pecan Pie Magic Cookie Bars with Chocolate Shortbread Crust
These will not last long at a party! Pecan Pie Magic Cookie Bars with Chocolate Shortbread Crust have a buttery shortbread crust with layers of pecan pie flavors.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, flour, cocoa, and pecans and stir until blended. Press dough into prepared pan as evenly as you can. The dough will be thin. Bake 20 minutes until lightly brown around edges.
Layer on Kraft Caramel Bits, coconut, pecans, and sweetened condensed milk.
Bake 27 to 30 minutes or until center of bars is set. Cool completely before cutting.
