1poundthin sliced bacon
1/2cuppacked brown sugar
1teaspoonground red pepper
1teaspoonpaprika
wooden pick to secure bacon around chickenlike this
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes. Measure bacon to wrap around chicken and overlap slightly. Cut each bacon strip accordingly. I got 4 pieces from each piece of bacon.
Season all side of chicken with the red pepper and paprika. Wrap one piece of bacon around each chicken cube and secure with wooden pick.
Sprinkle brown sugar over top of bacon and place on a broiler pan or sheet pan lined with aluminum foil (for easy cleanup.)
Cook at 350 for 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done. (If your chicken is larger than 1-inch cubes it will take longer to cook.
