- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary fresh, chopped
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoons black olives sliced
- ½ teaspoon seal salt more or less depending on your taste
Make one batch of Crazy Bread. Follow the Crazy Bread recipe through step 6.
On a floured surface, roll or press the dough into a circle about 1-inch thick. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
Let the dough proof for 20 minutes in a warm, draft-free area. I usually put it in the oven with the light on or in the microwave.
After 20 minutes and the dough has proofed (if it hasn't risen, give it more time), drizzle the top with olive oil. Using your fingers, poke the bread down on the top to create a dimple effect.
Next, sprinkle with salt, rosemary, diced sun-dried tomatoes, and sliced black olives. Bake in preheated 425°F oven for about 20 minutes.
