In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Transfer to a smaller pouring dish, I used a canning jar. This helps make it easy to store when you are done eating.
Using a sharp knife, slice your strawberries down length-wise, slice your red onion into moon shape slices, and chop up your sugar snap peas into bite-size pieces.
In a large salad serving bowl, add spinach, strawberries, peas, onion, walnuts, and feta. Lightly toss to combine.
Drizzle your salad dressing on, about ¼ of the dressing you made, and toss again to combine. Serve & enjoy!
