Add the ground beef to a large skillet. Crumble it as it cooks.
1 pound lean ground beef
Add in the green onions and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sriracha, and soy sauce. Once it's cooked through, remove it from the skillet onto a plate.
½ teaspoon garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, ⅓ cup green onions, 1 teaspoon sriracha, 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
Add a tablespoon of oil to the skillet and toss in the Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté until soft and caramelized.
1 tablespoon avocado oil, 1 pound Brussel sprouts, salt and pepper to taste
Add the ground beef back into the skillet along with the sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir everything together until it's coated in the sauce.
½ cup sweet chili sauce, ½ medium lime
Top with sesame seeds and serve over rice or quinoa
