Instructions
Place sugar, butter, and milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2 cups granulated sugar,
½ cup butter,
½ cup whole milk
Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for one minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Mix in oats, cocoa powder, chopped 100 Grand Bars, and vanilla.
3 cups quick cooking oats,
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder,
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
4 regular 100 Grand Bars
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let cool until hardened.
