Cap'n Crunch French Toast

heavy cream

butter

granulated sugar

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Put the cereal in a Ziploc bag and crunch with a rolling pin.
2 cups Cap’n Crunch Cereal
In a medium-size bowl, add the eggs, heavy cream, vanilla extract, sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
3 medium eggs,
1 cup heavy cream,
2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract,
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Set out 2 bowls, one with the egg mixture and the other with the crushed cereal.
Grab a slice of bread, dip it in the egg mixture and then coat with crushed cereal. Repeat until all slices are drenched and coated.
6 slices Texas Toast Bread
Heat 2 tbsp of butter in a large pan and cook French toast for about 6-8 minutes, or until the outside is crispy. Make sure to flip halfway.
