Cream Cheese Brownie Cups are deeply rich and fudgy brownies topped with a cheesecake-like topping. You're sure to love this simple yet elegant, quick yet gourmet-ish chocolate treat!
Line muffin tin with liners or spray generously with non-stick spray.
Mix brownie mix according to package directions.
Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons of mix into muffin tins
Mix the cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth.
Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of cream cheese mixture over brownie mixture. (*swirl with wooden pick if desired)
Bake 15 to 18 minutes
Watch carefully and don’t over cook.
Notes
*One thing I wish I had done with these brownies is to use a toothpick and swirl the cream cheese mixture with the brownie mixture. You would simple pour the brownie mixture into the cupcake liner, then top with the cream cheese mixture. Use a wooden pick and insert it into the cupcake about an inch and swirl around to combine the mixtures.
