Peppermint Cookies and Cream No Churn Ice Cream
You can substitute low fat products for the
cream cheese
, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping, if you prefer.

cream cheese

sweetened condensed milk*

Coffee-mate seasonal flavors Peppermin Mocha

whipped cream

cups
vanilla sandwich cookies
coarsely broken
Instructions
Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
Add sweetened condensed milk and peppermint flavored Coffee-mate creamer and mix until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream and cookies.
Place in an air-tight container and place in freezer. Freeze until firm at least an hour.
Scoop and serve.
