can use olive oil mayonnaise

Instructions
Make Jamaican Jerk seasoning (or purchase)
Make Pineapple Salsa
Rub fish filets with oil then sprinkle Jamaican Jerk, salt and pepper over fish and press into the filets.
1 pound fish filets,
2 tablespoons olive oil,
3 to 4 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk Seasoning,
salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze orange and lime juice over fish.
1 medium orange,
1 medium lime
Marinate 5 to 10 minutes
Wrap tortillas in aluminum foil and warm in 250 degree oven wile fish is marinating.
8 -10 6-inch tortillas
Make Lime Crema. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, and salt to taste. Stir.
½ cup Greek yogurt,
3 tablespoon mayonnaise,
1 tablespoon lime juice,
1 medium lime,
¼ teaspoon salt
Heat pan to medium high. Optional, add 1 tablespoon oil or use a non-stick pan.
Cook fish 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through.
Build tacos. Layer lettuce, fish, salsa, and crema on tortilla. Serve hot. Enjoy.
