Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 and ยฝ tablespoons Ranch dressing mix mix not dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk
  • ยพ cup bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup chicken cooked and chopped fine
  • 4 – 5 large tortillas 10-inch- the burrito size

Instructions

  • Mix softened cream cheese with the ranch powder, cheddar cheese, 1 Tbsp milk, bacon and chicken until well combined. Add more milk,if needed.
  • Spread about ยผ cup of chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla up tightly to make sure it holds together and keeps its shape.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up the softened cheese.
  • Cut off ends of tortilla roll and cut into 1-inch slices.
