Easy, tasty, and hearty, Greek Yogurt Cheesy Sausage Quick Bread Recipe is the best sausage bread youโll ever make. Itโs perfect for breakfast, snack, or with a salad or soup.
This bread is like a breakfast sandwich all rolled together in one easy portable slice.
If I had thisย Cheesy Sausage Quick Bread waiting on me, Iโd have noย problem getting out of bed!
Unfortunately, Iโm the maker of the bread.
To be honest, I wanted a similar recipe to Sausage Balls. The boys love them but I got tired of making Sausage Balls. Granted this takes longer to cook, but itโs super easy to stir together and I donโt have to get the mixer out.
If youโve been following myย site for very long, you know I love easy recipes. With two teenage boys, I donโt have time to pittle around with recipes. I also donโt have the patience for a long complex recipe. ๐

To cut fat and calories, you can use turkey sausage. I substitute turkey sausage in this bread at times and my family cannot tell the difference.
Also, I use what cheese I have on hand. My favorite is the Colby cheddar mix indicated in the recipe box below. Havarti is another favorite of mine and itโs scrumptious in this bread.
Additionally, you can omit the green onions if you prefer. Or, you can dice regular onions and add them. I like to cook Vidalia onions with the sausage.
Asย well, you can make them into muffins and cut your cook time. To cook large muffins, it will take about 25 minutes.
I used this baking mix.
