Snickers Candy Bar Brownie Bites are fudgy brownies filled with caramel, peanuts, and chocolate to make a dangerously indulgent dessert treat.
As much as I like baking, sometimes I still want a quick, easy dessert. Either because I don’t have the time or I want to take the time for a complex dessert. I’ve also found that unless it’s a holiday, readers like you want an easy dessert to make.
You cannot get any simpler than these Snickers Candy Bar Brownie Bites!
Snickers Candy Bar Brownie Bites
Ryder wanted to make a treat for his classmates to help celebrate his birthday. Of course, he springs this on me at 7 pm the night before he wants to take them. Lucky for me, I picked up Pillsbury cake mix and brownie mix at Walmart just for incidences like this. (Here’s a coupon for you to try them too.)
Since it was his idea, I asked him help me ‘mix up a moment’ and make the Snickers Candy Bar Brownie Bites together. It was big fun and he could have actually made them all by himself. He loves to crack the eggs into the brownie mix. His second favorite part was pushing the Snickers bar into the warm brownie and watching it melt.
We shared Snickers Candy Bar Brownie Bites with the class as their afternoon snack. I served them with ice cream cups and salty pretzels. They were a huge hit! All the kids enjoyed these fudgy, rich individual brownies. Many of them asked for seconds and the teacher wanted the easy recipe. (I was pleased to tell them how quickly and easily she could make them!)
