Watermelon Cucumber Mojito is fresh, cool, and perfect for hot afternoons. The mix of juicy watermelon and crisp cucumber pairs well with mint and lime for a drink that’s light and refreshing. It’s a simple mix that feels special without a lot of effort.

🍉 Watermelon Cucumber Mojito
This drink is light and hydrating. Watermelon and cucumber both have high water content, which helps with hydration. Mint and lime add flavor without adding many calories. If you leave out alcohol or use a sugar-free mixer, it stays low in sugar, too.
We like this recipe because it comes together fast and always feels fresh. For a shortcut, blend the watermelon and cucumber in advance and keep them chilled in the fridge. It’s also a great way to use up extra watermelon. You don’t necessarily have to serve it in the watermelon. I thought it made a cute presentation.

🥘Tips & Substitutions
When making a watermelon cucumber mojito, use seedless watermelon if possible. It makes blending easier and saves time. If you want a stronger mint flavor, muddle the mint leaves with lime juice before mixing. Fresh lime is best, but bottled lime juice works in a pinch.
Instead of agave you can use watermelon simple syrup.
Not a rum fan? You can substitute any alcohol for the rum. Try vodka, gin, or even tequila. 🍹
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and use sparkling water or a splash of lime soda. You can also swap honey or agave for simple syrup if you prefer natural sweeteners.
❓Watermelon Cucumber Mojito FAQ
