Blue Cheese Biscuits are a delicious, cheesy twist on the classic Southern biscuit. This biscuit recipe is tender and flaky. They make the perfect savoryย bread to accompany any meal.

These little gems are great alone as a snack or paired with steak, chicken, or a salad. My family enjoys theirย Blue Cheese Biscuits with a big slice of juicyย Oven Roasted Rosemary Tenderloinย sandwich style.
As well, you don’t have to roll these biscuits out. If you choose, you can drop them instead. When I make dropย biscuits, I like to use an ice cream scoop to get them all the same size. Two-inch biscuits bake for just 15 minutes. They come out golden brown with ooey gooey blue cheese bubbling on the surface.

Additionally, they make great party appetizers. Make them two-bite and serve with tenderloin or ham.ย Blue Cheese Biscuits are also great with Balsamic Pork Tenderloin, Orange Marmalade Tenderloin, Easy Pork Tenderloin,ย or beef tenderloin.
In the world of cheese, there are blue cheese lovers and blue cheese haters. Some people just don’t enjoy the distinctive flavor of blue cheese. If you’re a blue cheese hater, that means more for me! Just teasing, if you’re not a blue cheese fan feta, cheddar, or actually any kind of cheese can be substituted. Use your favorite or what you have on hand.

These are above a five star! They go very well with a big pot of spaghetti or baked, honestly they will go with any food I been making them since they came out in the Southern Living Magazine many years ago! Thanks a billion for sharing.
Sounds amazing — both the blue and feta would be a hit here! Thanks so much for linking on Busy Monday!
