  • Preheat the oven to 250º F.
  • Add the Bugles to a large bowl. Add the parmesan cheese and cajun seasoning and stir to combine.
    8 cups bugles, ⅔ cup parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Whisk the melted butter and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Pour this over the Bugles and toss lightly to coat.
    ½ cup butter, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Spread the Bugles in a single layer on a large rimmed sheet pan. Bake for 1 hour. Remove and stir them every 15 minutes or until they are toasted.
  • Remove and allow to cool completely. To store, place in an airtight container up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
