Mason Jar Balsamic Salad Dressing economical alternative to store-bought salad dressing. This Vinaigrette is much like a Balsamic Vinaigrette and great on any combination of ingredients for salad or caprese.
I love a “Mason” jar, or any canning jar. It makes me nostalgic of summers helping my mom put up fresh produce. Corn, beans, jellies…we canned it all. Now, I use them for all types of dressings and sauces and even drinking glasses. It makes mixing a salad dressing super easy and fun for the kids. Just pour your ingredients in and shake it up!
- Mason Jar Balsamic Salad Dressing
- 3/4 c oil
- 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- Pour all ingredients in a pint Mason jar. Close lid tightly and shake vigorously about 30 seconds.
- Pour on salad greens of your choice.
