- Pie crust. You can use a homemade or store-bought crust.
- Peanut
butter chips. Get a good quality chip; this is the primary flavor of the pie. - Sweetened condensed milk. Regular, not fat-free.
- Butter. You can use salted or unsalted.
- Miniature marshmallows. I recommend using white marshmallows.
- Peanuts. I used salted dry-roasted peanuts.
- Caramel. Get a high-quality brand, not sugar-free. You can also make caramel if desired.
- Salt. Optional. If you use salted
butter and salted peanuts, you may want to omit add more salt.

- Line the pie crust with pie weights while baking to help prevent shrinking.
- Use room-temperature heavy cream so it blends smoothly into the caramel.

Bake the pie crust according to package directions. Cool completely.

In a saucepan over low heat, combine the peanut
butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, andbutter . Stir until smooth. -
Remove from the heat and fold in the miniature marshmallows until coated. Some marshmallows will soften while others stay whole.

Spread the filling evenly into the cooled pie crust.

Pour the caramel mixture over the peanut
butter filling -
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.

- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust homemade or store bought
Filling
- 10 ounces peanut butter chips
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Tablespoons salted butter
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Topping
- 1 and ½ cups dry roasted peanuts I used salted
- ⅓ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. If you're making your pie crust, roll it out on a floured surface. Transfer to a 9-inch deep dish pie plate. Crimp edges and prick the bottom and sides with a fork. (For store-bought crust, skip to the next instruction.)1 9-inch deep dish pie crust
- Line pie crust with parchment paper and fill with pie weights. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove weights and parchment paper and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown. Set aside.
- Combine peanut butter chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until melted.10 ounces peanut butter chips, 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk, 3 Tablespoons salted butter
- Add marshmallows, stir to combine. It's okay if some melt, but I didn't melt all of the marshmallows.2 cups miniature marshmallows
- Pour the filling into the baked pie crust. Sprinkle peanuts evenly over the filling.1 and ½ cups dry roasted peanuts
- Microwave the caramel for 30 to 60 seconds. Stir. Drizzle the caramel evenly over the peanuts on top of the pie.⅓ cup caramel sauce
- Refrigerate for 4 hours until set before slicing.
