Whether you’re making gifts for friends or need a sweet chocolate treat for yourself, White Chocolate Crockpot Candy is a no-brainer. This recipe is completely made in your slow cooker. The most difficult this you have to do is open the bags of chocolate and peanuts!

Seriously, easy! 

Well, on second thought, the hardest part is not eating them before they dry. I… may… or may not…. know… this first hand. 🤦🏻‍♀️

YOU NEED 3 INGREDIENTS

  1.  Dry roasted peanuts. As well, you can use any nut.
  2.  White chocolate. You can use white chocolate chips or almond bark.
  3. Sprinkles. Optional, but fun. Choose whatever sprinkles you want. It’s a fun way to ‘dress’ these peanut clusters for any holiday.

I usually pick up Sprinkles like these at Walmart. You can find them on the cake mix aisle as well as on the party aisle.

HOW TO MAKE SALTY SWEET PEANUT CLUSTERS

  • All you do is add the peanuts and white chocolate to your slow cooker and turn it on low.
  • When the chocolate is completely melted, stir it well.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
  • Add the sprinkles to the top.
  • Wait for the chocolate to harden.
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dry roasted peanuts
  • 24 ounces white chocolate
  • Sprinkles of your choice

Instructions

  • Place peanuts and white bark in your crock pot.
  • Cook on LOW for two hours or until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  • Stir melted bark and peanuts together.
  • Using a spoon, place spoonfuls of mixture on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Add sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Cool until the chocolate is completely set.
