First of all, I love a good cocktail and I love an easy recipe. For me, when it comes to cocktails the easier it is the better. This recipe is seriously easy, yet it’s full of flavor.

Furthermore, this is a unique cocktail. You should note, if it’s your responsibility to take drinks to a party, everyone will be satisfactorily impressed with this selection!

Also, think about this. If you’re hosting a party, nothing gets it kicked off better than to greet your guests at the door with a cocktail! eh? eh? Yeah, now we’re talking!

Two simple ingredients, that’s all it takes to make this cocktail, apple cider, and champagne. First of all, you can rim the glass with sugar. Feel free to use plain white granulated sugar, or a fancy colored sugar if you prefer.

In addition, you can also garnish with an apple slice. Another idea, I served my 2 Ingredient Apple Cider Mimosa Cocktail at a holiday party and kept it festive garnished them with cranberries and a rosemary sprig.
