When I tell you my family likes Mexican food, I mean we like Mexican food! We eat Mexican food at least twice a week. I honestly think they would eat it every night! There’s your proof of how much we enjoy it. We eat Tex-Mex out at restaurants and we eat it at home. The Creamy Green Chile Queso dip recipe is so easy to make, you’ll simply mix all the ingredients together and bake until hot. You could actually heat it in the microwave or slow cooker if you so desire.

Creamy Green Chile Queso
Ingredients
- 8.75 ounces steam fresh corn drained
- 4 ounces green chiles drained
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 4 ounces queso fresco crmbled
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray an oven-safe quart dish with non-stick spray.
- Combine all ingredients and spoon into prepared dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve hot with chips or crackers.
