Spicy and cheesy my Creamy Green Chile Queso is easy to make, tastes great and is always the first to go at parties!
When I tell you my family likes Mexican food, I mean we like Mexican food! We eat Mexican food at least twice a week. I honestly think they would eat it every night! There’s your proof of how much we enjoy it. We eat Tex-Mex out at restaurants and we eat it at home. Sometimes, I even supplement a couple restaurant purchased items or store bought items from José Olé along with homemade recipes to make our meal.
I purchase some items like tamales because I have no desire to spend hours making tamales. I just want to enjoy them. Big Daddy on the other hand has always wanted to make tamales and just bought all the ingredients. You’ll probably see them on Big Daddy’s dish here on CallMePMc.com soon.
I also purchase José Olé Chicken & Cheese Nacho Bites and José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos and serve with homemade dips like this Creamy Green Chile Queso dip.
We really don’t need a holiday to enjoy Mexican food, but Cinco De Mayo sure is a good excuse to have the spicy cuisine! The José Olé products are the perfect way to satisfy appetites and celebrate this fun, festive occasion!
Creamy Green Chile Queso dip recipe is so easy to make, you’ll simply mix all the ingredients together and bake until hot. You could actually heat it in the microwave or slow cooker if you so desire.
I served my Creamy Green Chile Queso with José Olé Chicken & Cheese Nacho Bites. Hot, spicy and filling José Olé Chicken & Cheese Nacho Bites make a tasty snack themselves. Paired with a creamy dip and it’s snacking heaven! This was much better than with regular tortilla chips. If you prefer you can serve this dip with tortilla chips or corn chips.
