  • 2 large chicken breast boneless, skinless (1 lb | 453 g)
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds roasted

Crunchy Salad

  • 1 cup 4.3oz | 122g carrots sliced
  • 1 cup 4.23oz | 120g red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cup 3.13oz | 89g red cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups 3.13oz | 89g green cabbage shredded
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons green onions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce


Honey Sesame Chicken:

  • Assemble your ingredients.
    A plate of raw meat and vegetables.
  • Halve chicken breast lengthwise. Season with salt and pepper on both sides and brush with honey.
    2 large chicken breast, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
