Greek Grape Salad with Protein

Greek Grape Salad with Protein is a classic fruit salad made with grapes. I added Greek yogurt and protein powder and garnished it with chopped almonds and dried cranberries (even though they kind of look like bacon in the photos 🤦🏼‍♀️).

  • Grapes. You can use green or red grapes or a combination of both. Be sure to get seedless.
  • Greek yogurt. Use your favorite brand of plain Greek yogurt. You can actually use a flavored yogurt if it compliments your protein powder. siggi’s yogurt is wonderfully healthy!
  • Agave syrup, date syrup, or honey.
  • Ground cinnamon.
  • Protein powder. Your favorite unflavored or vanilla flavored protein powder. I use Nuzest vanilla.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds and dried cranberries. Optional.

This is a great recipe to make ahead and refrigerate. I’ll keep in the refrigerator for 48 hour.

This sauce, or dressing, is good on any fruit. Try it on blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups seedless grapes cut in half
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon protein powder unflavored or vanilla
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon almonds chopped
  • ½ tablespoon dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Cut the grapes in half.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and protein powder.
  • Add the grapes and stir.
  • Serve and garnish.
  • This salad can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Refrigerate any leftovers up to 48 hours.
