Pistachio and Feta Stuffed Strawberries

For a quick and delicious appetizer or light dessert, these Pistachio and Feta Stuffed Strawberries are about to become your new go-to!

After making these Chocolate Stuffed Strawberries, I realized stuffing strawberries is one of the easiest desserts and snacks that I can make. You can make them sweet or savory and they take just minutes to make.

Not only are they easy to make, but they also have the perfect balance of sweet strawberry, tangy cheese, with a nice crunch.

You’ll notice that I like to cut the bottom tip off to create a flat surface so the strawberries will sit upright. However, you can lay the strawberries on their side if you prefer.

Next, you need to hollow out the inside of the strawberry to make room for the filling. You can use a knife or small melon baller.

I used a small spoon to scoop the cheese and fill the strawberry cavity.

Finally, top with a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.

That’s all it takes to make this delicious strawberry recipe!
