- One 16-ounce can strawberry frosting
- One 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Coat an 8-x8-inch pan or a 9×5-inch loaf pan with Wilton cake release or solid vegetable shortening. Line the pan with parchment paper with enough hanging over on opposite sides to use as 'handles' to remove the fudge from the pan. Coat the parchment paper lightly with Wilton cake release.
- Put the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or a saucepan over low heat. Microwave one minute, stir, then microwave in 30-second intervals until the chocolate chips are completely melted and smooth.One 12-ounce bag white chocolate chips
- Warm the frosting in the microwave and stir until smooth.One 16-ounce can strawberry frosting
- Add the melted frosting to the bowl with the melted chocolate chips. Stir until completely combined and smooth. Using a spatula, spread the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top and/or add sprinkles, etc. Let sit at room temperature until firm, or refrigerate to speed up the process.
- Cut the fudge into pieces. Store in a covered container, and eat within about a week (it starts drying out after that). The fudge freezes well too.
