Ingredients
- 4ยฝ cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 cup cottage cheese pureed until smooth
- ยฝ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ยฝ cup Colby or cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 10.5-oz can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup OR ยฝ cup heavy cream, ยฝ cup chicken broth, and ยฝ tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (like Better than Bouillon) mixed until smooth
- ยผ tsp garlic powder
- ยผ tsp dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
- 5 Tbsp butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยบF. Lightly spray a 9ร9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Colby, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup or substitute. Spread into prepared pan.
- Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes.
