Ingredients

  • 4ยฝ cups chopped cooked chicken
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup cottage cheese pureed until smooth
  • ยฝ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • ยฝ cup Colby or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 10.5-oz can Unsalted Cream of Chicken Soup OR ยฝ cup heavy cream, ยฝ cup chicken broth, and ยฝ tablespoon chicken bouillon powder (like Better than Bouillon) mixed until smooth
  • ยผ tsp garlic powder
  • ยผ tsp dried onion powder
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers crushed
  • 5 Tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยบF. Lightly spray a 9ร—9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, Colby, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup or substitute. Spread into prepared pan.
  • Combine crushed crackers and butter, and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  • Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes.
