Peanut Butter Cookies and Cream Bars
This is the easiest dessert and always a party favorite. It starts with cake mix, butter, and an egg. This makes the crust and is the base for the other ingredients.
They are incredibly easy to make which is a great starter recipe for a new cook. Allow your children to help with this recipe! Your children will enjoy baking a treat with you. Most importantly, you’ll have fun together and you’ll love every single bite of this treat.

- 1 pkg white or yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 large egg
- 16 peanut butter sandwich cookies broken
- 10 mini-Snickers chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, mix together the cake mix, butter, and egg. The mixture will be thick and stiff; press in a 9x13 inch cake pan.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and layer the peanut butter cookies, Snickers, and peanut butter chips over the baked crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top. of everything.
- Return to oven and bake another 13 to 15 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before cutting.
