PMc says:

There’s a lot of reasons I like sliders. One is I don’t have to commit to a big sandwich and can taste a couple different ones. I also like that I can make most sliders ahead of time and either heat them the last minute or serve them cole. And, who doesn’t love Hawaiian rolls? I love how the these rolls add a touch of sweetness that pairs perfectly with the smoky heat from the chipotle mayo.

Queso Chipotle Chicken Sliders FAQs

  1. Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes, you can prep everything ahead of time, but wait to assemble them until right before serving to keep the rolls from getting too soft.
  2. What can I substitute for chipotle chiles?
If you don’t have chipotle chiles, smoked paprika or a dash of hot sauce can add a similar smoky flavor.
  3. Can I use a different cheese?
Absolutely! If you can’t find queso fresco or Cotija, Monterey Jack or even cheddar works just as well.
