Stovetop Lemon Dill Chicken FAQ:

Can I use frozen broccoli instead of fresh broccoli florets?

Absolutely! While fresh broccoli is fantastic, you can easily substitute it with frozen florets. Just be sure to adjust the cooking time slightly, allowing for the frozen broccoli to cook through.

How crucial is pounding the chicken to even thickness?

Pounding the chicken ensures uniform cooking, preventing any dry spots and maximizing flavor absorption. It’s a simple step that makes a big difference in the overall texture and taste of the dish.

I’m not a fan of Worcestershire sauce. Can I omit it?

Certainly! While Worcestershire sauce adds depth, you can skip it if it’s not your favorite. The dish will still be delicious with the lemony, garlicky goodness taking the spotlight.

Is this recipe kid-friendly?
