Lemon Dill Mayonnaise
When it comes to condiments, I like to mix it up. You can take a ‘regular old burger’ and kick it up merely by adding a unique, tasty, and zesty sauce. Much to the dismay of my oldest, who prefers all is burgers and sandwiches
If you’re so inclined, you can make the mayonnaise from scratch in this recipe. I tend to use a store-bought mayonnaise base and save myself the time.
I add in herbs and spices and top it off with Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire adds an earthy note and in my opinion, is 1. needed and 2. has no substitution.
