A perfect recipe for a quick and easy appetizer or snack, Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta Recipe is fresh, fruity, light and healthy bruschetta with succulent strawberries and tangy goat cheese.

Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta Recipe

Snacking is how I like to eat. I love to put together a Charcuterie Board, different bruschetta combinations, cocktails, and ‘nibble’ my way through dinner. Bruschetta is as easy to put together as cheese and meat boards. Have you tried my recipes for Grilled Peach Bruschetta and Peach Bruschetta? They’re great for summer entertaining with peaches are abundant.

Another easy bruschetta recipe is this Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta Recipe. Sweet strawberries, tart balsamic reduction, fresh basil, and tangy goat cheese, on a crispy baguette, gets you ready for entertaining. I can get strawberries year round which makes this recipe a staple when I entertain. If you only have strawberries available to you in spring and summer, bookmark this recipe. You don’t want to miss making it.

Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta Recipe

For a two or three bite appetizer this small, simple recipe packs a lot of punch. The fresh juicy strawberries, with the creamy, salty, and tangy goat cheese then the crunch and chew from the toasted baguette is just amazing. Not to mention the balsamic reduction. I could drink balsamic reduction; it elevates anything you put in on.

Balsamic Reduction could not be more simple to make. All it takes is one ingredient and a little time. Literally, you cook balsamic vinegar down until it’s thick and syrupy. Get the full recipe and tips here.

If you have never tried this combination, my friend, you must! Not only is this appetizer beautiful to look at it’s also delicious. It’s the perfect spring and summer appetizer.
