    Ingredients

    Teriyaki Chicken

    Grilled PIneapple

    Salad

    • 4 cups salad greens any salad greens 7.05 oz | 200 g
    • ยฝ cup cherry tomatoes halved ( 2.64 oz | 75 g)
    • 1 small red onion peeled and sliced
    • 4 tablespoons olive oil
    • Sea salt to taste
    • Ground black pepper to taste
    • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, to serve

    Instructions

    Teriyaki Chicken:

    • Halve the chicken breast lengthwise and season each side with garlic powder. Transfer to a bowl and marinate with teriyaki sauce for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
    • Preheat your grill or grill pan. Grill the chicken breast on each side. It will take about 6-8 minutes for each side on the grill. Cook until internal temperature reaches 155โ„‰ (It will rise to 165โ„‰ while resting.)

    Grilled Pineapple:

    • Brush pineapple with honey and place on the grill next to the chicken. Grill until tender.

    Salad:

    • Add lettuce, tomatoes, and onion to a large plate. Top with chicken and pineapple. Season with salt, pepper, and drizzle olive oil on top. Garnish with parsley and serve.
