Caramel Brownie Bites

Brownie Bites recipe - They are great for kids treats or entertaining. Anything this easy is great for entertaining a crowd! Brownie Bites recipe foolproof dessert recipe. Great for kids to help make!

Brownie Bites are something the boys love to help me make. I’d like to think it’s to be with me, actually, it’s because they like brownie batter almost as much as cookie dough.

packages of fudge brownie mix and caramel cups.
This is what you’ll need (plus ingredients to actually make the brownies)
spooning brownie batter into a muffin pan for brownie bites.
Mix the dough according to the package directions. Next, spoon the mixture into your muffin tins and bake 15 to 18 minutes. Watch carefully and don’t overcook them. While the brownies are baking, unwrap 15 chocolate-covered caramels. (go ahead and eat 3 and save 12 for the brownies)

placing caramels onto brownies.

As soon as they come out of the oven, push a chocolate-covered caramel candy into the center of the brownie.

Allow the brownies to cool about five minutes before removing from muffin tin.

I find it very confusing on your site as some of the recipes I can print (as you have a word that says print) and others I can’t. I just printed Blueberry Jam Cookie Cups and wanted to print Brownie Bites from the same email and there wasn’t a place that said print. Also that particular cookie wasn’t really a recipe as it only showed pictures and said what to do. It would be helpful to be able to print your recipes. Thank you.

I hear you about the pantry. I'm the same. My bedside table is the other spot. Things just pile up there.

New follower here, these look amazing! I have a brownie recipe that we swear by, so I'll have to do this trick to take them up a notch! My son loves to bake with me as well. I like to think we're bonding and he loves to spend time with me, but I know it's mainly to lick the spatula and mixers :). It's ok though, I'm enjoying it!
Hope you have a chance to come visit sometime!
