  • Cheddar cheese flavored popcorn seasoning. I use this. You can also use Nacho cheese or Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups pretzels any shape, I like mini twists
  • 5 tablespoons butter flavored popcorn oil like this, see notes above for subs
  • cup Cheddar cheese flavor popcorn seasoning like this, see notes for subs
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper or 1 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200℉.
  • In a large bowl add pretzels and oil. Stir to coat the pretzels.
    8 cups pretzels, 5 tablespoons butter flavored popcorn oil
  • Add cheese and pepper to pretzels and toss to coat.
    ⅓ cup Cheddar cheese flavor popcorn seasoning, ¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • Spread in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake at 200℉ for 45 minutes. Remove them from the oven every 15 minutes and stir.
  • Allow them to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
