EASY BALSAMIC CHICKEN CAPRESE SALAD RECIPE

Caprese Salad is a traditional Italian salad of fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, and olive oil.

I made that simple salad heartier for an entree salad by adding chicken. As well, I added balsamic vinaigrette, because I love it so much I could probably drink it. It complements the flavors of the chicken and green salad beautifully.

These is the specs on my air fryer. Adjust your cook time accordingly.

  • My air fryer is 1500W and has a round basket.
  • It’s 4 Quarts which is medium size and I cooked it in 2 batches.
  • The heat ranges from 105°Fahrenheit to 400°F

When do I know that the chicken is cooked?

Chicken must reach an internal temperature of 165° F. It’s best to rely on an instant-read thermometer for accuracy.
