  • 1 pound (453 g) chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup (2.02 fluid oz | 60 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup (5 ounces) cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • garnish: sesame seeds and green onions if desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F | 200 C.
  • Cut chicken in bite size pieces and lay on a sheet pan. Add soy sauce, ginger, cashew nuts and oil.
  • Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes by stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven.
