Buffalo Style Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing, these thick juicy chicken burgers have the same flavors as the ever-popular chicken wings. They’re a great alternative to a beef burger yet lower in fat.

I joined a group of bloggers who participated in #burgermonth, which is this month, May. I made this Enchilada Burger. You should totally check it out.
When I made the Enchilada Burger, I also thought of this recipe.
This burger is out-of-this-world good. The flavors and textures contrast nicely. The hot buffalo sauce contrasts with the creamy blue cheese ranch dressing.
Buffalo Style Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing is a great alternative to a beef burger and lower in fat. They’re thick, spicy, juicy, and taste just like Buffalo chicken wings.
Buffalo Style Chicken Burgers with Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing
- You can use ground turkey instead of ground chicken in this recipe. (You can also use straight-up chicken breast that’s not ground.)
- Blue cheese is one of my favorite cheeses, but if you don’t have a taste for it use feta or queso fresco.
- If you have a favorite from-scratch recipe for ranch dressing, use it. Otherwise, using a store-bought is fine.
- Choose your favorite burger toppings. Some to try are lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado, bacon, cheddar, slaw, and a fried egg.
- Also, try Sriracha Comeback Sauce instead of the Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- Although I prefer to grill burgers, these are also tasty cooked stovetop on a grill pan.

- Flip the burger once and do not press.
- Add buffalo sauce then cheese to the burger and allow cheese to melt.
