Gnocchi Mac and Cheese -- rich, creamy, easy to make, and unbelievably good
A seriously good and easy, this gnocchi is soft, fluffy, and melts in your mouth. It’s covered in a creamy cheese sauce. For traditional Mac n cheese lovers, this recipe is sure to please!
Most importantly, I love all things Mac and cheese! And, after trying Gnocchi in Vodka Sauce at a local restaurant, I fell in love with these little potato dumplings. I decided to try two of my favorite foods together and created this Gnocchi Mac ‘n Cheese. It was a huge hit with my family!
There is something about pulling a warm, bubbling, cheesy casserole from the oven that screams comfort food. And, you can believe this casserole is cheesy!
The toasted panko topping really added that extra kick.
Homemade Gnocchi Mac and Cheese recipe is rich and creamy and very tasty!

If you’re not making homemade gnocchi, I recommend getting the fresh gnocchi in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.

My daughter (who came home from college for the weekend) was just saying she wanted some “real” mac and cheese ….. this looks even better. I am going to have to try this one (of course I have everything BUT the gnocchi)

Gnocchi is fairly simple to make. The potatoes need to be dry so bake them or steam them. It is like playing with play dough. Fun AND delicious.
