Most importantly, I love all things Mac and cheese! And, after trying Gnocchi in Vodka Sauce at a local restaurant, I fell in love with these little potato dumplings. I decided to try two of my favorite foods together and created this Gnocchi Mac ‘n Cheese. It was a huge hit with my family!
There is something about pulling a warm, bubbling, cheesy casserole from the oven that screams comfort food. And, you can believe this casserole is cheesy!

If you’re not making homemade gnocchi, I recommend getting the fresh gnocchi in the refrigerated section of your grocery store.

I used pre-made gnocchi
cook according to package directions
toast panko in 1 T butter or olive oil
make the cheese sauce and combine with gnocchi
top with toasted panko
Gnocchi Mac and Cheese takes potato dumplings to the next level with an out of this world cheese sauce.
