How to make Nashville hot chicken dip

  1. Place cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. 
  2. Stir the cream cheese. Add buttermilk and microwave for another minute. Stir until smooth. You can microwave a few more seconds if needed.
  3. Add the hot sauce, honey, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder to the cream cheese and stir until smooth. 
  4. Sprinkle chopped chicken on top.
  5. Stir together hot sauce, honey, and cayenne in a small measuring cup and drizzle over chicken.
  6. Garnish with dill pickle slices. Serve with tortilla chips or Frito Scoops.

  • 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • ¾ cup buttermilk
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
