Delicious, healthy, and ready in 30 minutes Shrimp Foil Packs in Oven are cooked in foil packets for a fuss-free weeknight meal and easy cleanup!
Loaded with flavor, shrimp and vegetables are cooked in yummy seasonings. In less than 30 minutes this foil pack dinner is ready for you to enjoy!
It really is that easy. All you need to do is chop the veggies and season everything. Next, wrap everything in foil and bake! Shrimp cook really quickly, you may want to check the vegetables at 15 minutes. The flavor is outstanding and this meal isn’t loaded with carbs or calories.
SHRIMP FOIL PACKS IN OVEN
I used summer squash, zucchini squash, bell pepper, sweet onion, and green onions. You can add whatever vegetables you like. However, make sure to use vegetables that cook quickly. More quick-cooking vegetable options are asparagus, snow peas, baby boy Choy, broccoli, and cauliflower to name a few.
Furthermore, instead of shrimp, you can substitute with any type of fish like salmon, tilapia, halibut, or scallops.
CAN I MAKE SHRIMP FOIL PACKETS ON THE GRILL?
Absolutely! You can cook these on the grill or a campfire. They’re great for camping! I included instructions to cook these foil packs in the oven and on the grill below for your convenience.
Please keep in mind that nutritional information is a rough estimate and can vary based on products used.

Foil pack dinners are very popular in South-Africa, but I not yet seen a recipe using shrimp, which I love! Pinned 🙂 The batteries had me think back to when my son was around two years old, he kept saying {always in the store} he wants “budgies” and for weeks we could not figure that one out – until he showed my Mom the batteries! Thank you for sharing another great recipe at the ALL MY BLOGGY FRIENDS party 🙂
