Spicy, cheesy, creamy, hearty Buffalo Chicken Dip, is a mouth-watering, crowd-favorite dip recipe made with three kinds of cheese, tender simmered chicken & hot Buffalo sauce.

Are you wondering what to take to your next party? This is it!

 Buffalo Chicken Dip

I love appetizers. If I could, I’d live off appetizers and desserts. It’s the important things in life, right? Big Daddy says I like appetizers because I like to snack, that I never eat a full meal. It’s true. I like a couple of bites here and there.

This dip is hard to resist even if you’re not a snacker. It’s the ultimate snack and party food. It’s always favorite and the first to go.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  1. If you don’t have time to cook chicken, use rotisserie from your grocer.
  2. This is the Buffalo Sauce I use.
  3. You can mix the dip early in the day and bake it just before serving.
  4. Be sure to have plenty of chips.

Can I make this in the Crockpot?

Absolutely!

  1. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese.
  2. Combine all the ingredients together in a slow cooker (this 2.5-quart slow cooker is ideal for dips) and stir.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
  4. Finally, top with the reserved 1/2 cup cheese. Cover until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

How to reheat Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you have leftovers, (don’t count on it!) place them in a microwave-safe dish and microwave it at 30-second intervals. Stir each time and repeat until the dip is hot throughout.

Additionally, you can put it back into the crockpot to reheat. You may need to add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk if the dip is too thick.
