  • 8 ounces crushed pineapple drained
  • ½ cup red pepper jelly
  • 3 Tablespoon whole grain mustard

Instructions

  • Whisk together all ingredients until completely smooth.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
  • Great on sandwiches, burgers, chicken strips, and shrimp!

    Do you think this recipe could be canned? Maybe process 10-15 minutes in a hot water bath?
