I’ll be honest, we usually put ranch dressing on our fish tacos.
I wanted something with a little more kick tonight so I made this Fish Taco Sauce.
This has kick
maybe too much kick!

Fish Taco Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon lime juice
- 1 green onion green part only
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- Chop green onion finely. Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight container in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Serve on Fish Tacos or Fish Nachos.
